Shipping

We currently ship to the EU, UK and US. Shipping is free for all orders. 

We will start handcrafting your shoes upon receipt of your order. Our shoes are made to order and may require approximately 4-6 weeks to make.

 

Returns Policy

Olivia Grazia returns policy does not affect or alter your statutory rights under European and Irish law, but details our policies both to facilitate these and in addition to your basic rights.

Our items are personalised, bespoke and made to order to your specific requirements. Therefore items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or faulty, or if the incorrect order was received. In these circumstances you have 14 days from the date of receiving the order to initiate a return.

We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in transit. We highly recommend using a tracked service so that you can check the status of your return.

Please note, if sending products back to Olivia Grazia the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly. If you are entitled to a refund, we will either replace the item, issue a credit note or refund the original payment method.

Under no circumstances can a cash refund be given on purchases simply because of a change of mind on the part of the purchaser, but a credit note may be offered at the discretion of the management provided the item and packaging are in the same condition as when received.
